Please contact me via email or phone to discuss my rates. Providing access to affordable care is important to me. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots, so please ask for these exceptions.

Insurance

I am credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Sheild and Aetna of North Carolina. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide a “superbill” (medical receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly for covereage and reimbursement clarification.
