I’m Megan a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years helping clients. My passion is to help chronic dieters quit dieting and find joy in eating again while honoring your health. I want to help you transform your relationship with food and your body. We will work together to help you learn to trust your body while eat nutritiously without all the stress of dietary rules.
I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Wellcoaches Wellness Coach. I pull from over 20 years of counseling experience and tools to help each patient find their truth and make peace with eating while helping their blood sugars. Isn’t food meant to be a pleasure as well as benefit your health? Intuitive eating is a mindful approach to eating that focuses on honoring your body's individual needs and cues. Rather than adhering to strict rules or external guidelines, it empowers you to listen to your body and make choices based on what feels nourishing and satisfying. I specialize in diabetes education- all things blood sugars. I work with type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes, pre-diabetes and prevention. I personally experienced gestational diabetes. It can be overwhelming with all the conflicting information out there about diabetes. It is not a one sized fits all with eating and we will figure out better for you.
